The garden terrace was lovely, but steep stairs made access difficult.

this hotel was super clean n contemporary. the garden terrace is perfect for chillin in the sunshine. breakfast was really nice n cooked to order. Tons of options like cereals n fruit. all the staff are friendly and welcoming!

only downsides were that there’re steep stairs to get in n parking is pretty limited, had to park at a nearby lot.

Our stay in the Standard Double Room was delightful, with the hotel's prime location just a short walk from Chester's vibrant city center and picturesque riverfront. The staff were incredibly welcoming and truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, making our time there memorable. Breakfast was a highlight as it featured a variety of freshly prepared options, perfect to kick start our day. the bathroom facilities could use a little more space for comfort.

The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, and I appreciated the lovely breakfast delivered right to our room. The only minor issue was the creaky stairs, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 😊

A good pick for a city break in Chester with definitely value for money. The room was clean and modern, which I really appreciated. Bring your own safe mattress for the cot if traveling with little ones.
